Jimmy Wilkins claimed the gold in Skateboard Vert with a score of 87.00.

At 20 years old, Wilkins is the youngest Vert gold medalist in X Games history.
Wilkins gold ended the streak of four consecutive gold medals by Bucky Lasek, who donned an “I’m hurt, not old” hand written t-shirt that referenced his current elbow injury.
Coming in second was Sandro Dias, claiming silver, while 17-year-old Mitchie Brusco secured bronze with an impressive third run.
