Torstein Horgmo Appears To Be Out Of The Sochi Olympic Games

Torstein Horgmo (Norway) suffered an injury during practice for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Men’s Snowboard Slopestyle competition and appears to be out of the Olympic Games.

Horgmo was attempting a hard-way backside 270 on the first rail section when he hooked his board on the rail and landed heavily on the staircase, with his shoulder taking first impact. Ski patrol and medics quickly carried him down the slope on a stretcher and early reports indicate x-rays have revealed multiple collarbone fractures.
